Fall has just begun and we’re already seeking warmth. There’s nothing quite like slipping chilly feet into comfy slippers on a cool fall morning. Even though we love our slippers, we don’t want to stay inside all the time. We want to wear our favourite Nůknuůk boots out and about! Here’s a selection of Nůknuůk’s top places to visit for a long weekend in fall. Pack your fluffy Zaza flip flops for padding around your hotel room and don’t forget those Kiki boots when it’s time to crunch in leaves.
Quebec City: Needless to say, the sight of blazing red maple leaves will get you in the mood for fall. Quebec City is the perfect long weekend destination if you love fall colours. You’ll have plenty of time to discover the historic charm of Quebec over a long weekend. Wander among authentic French stone buildings and along cobbled alleys. You’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time to 17th century France. Walking along the Plains of Abraham is a must but there’s so much more to see and do here. From the Museum of Civilization and historic churches to little coffee shops and tiny boutiques selling handmade gifts, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing yet interesting break. There are plenty of B&Bs at a very reasonable price and when you go downstairs for a delicious French breakfast, all of your fellow guests will surely notice your fabulous Nůknuůk footwear.
