Thanks Mom! 4 Sweet and Simple Ideas for Mother’s Day Brunch

Because brunch and Mother’s Day go together like Nuknuuks and cozy feet…

A beautiful Mother’s Day brunch is the perfect way to make mom feel special. This year, spend more time catching up with Mom and less time on last-minute prep with these sweet and simple brunch ideas.

Fun Florals

Get inspired by spring’s fresh florals and decorate your table with seasonal blooms. A pot of miniature spring bulbs makes a lovely centerpiece and take-home gift for Mom, or fill a jug with tulips. Continue the floral theme with botanical-print napkins, and give yourself plenty of time in the morning by setting the table the night before.

A Warm Welcome

Help Mom feel right at home with a new pair of Nuknuuk slippers! Nothing says “welcome” quite like having a pair of cozy slippers waiting for her when she steps in the door… except maybe cozy slippers and a freshly poured mimosa! For a limited time, take advantage of our Mother’s Day sale and save on all of Mom’s favourite styles - and our new additions!

The Perfect Playlist

Music goes a long way to setting a relaxing weekend vibe, and brunch is no exception. Whether your mom is into Joni Mitchell, Leon Bridges, or Leonard Cohen, including some of her favourite artists in your playlist is a thoughtful touch that will make her feel extra special.

Simple and Savoury

For a simple dish that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser, try these delicious egg and goat cheese cups. We recently sampled it at a potluck brunch and couldn’t wait to get our hands on the recipe! Best of all, they taste best at room temperature, so you can make them before the guests arrive. Pair them with croissants, fresh fruit and a green salad for a simple but delicious Mother’s Day meal.
