Healthy snacks throughout the day help your energy levels stay consistent which is important. You don’t want to crash in the middle of your homework. And, did you know that keeping hydrated actually helps you stay focused? Drinking water can improve brain function and help your brain process quicker, which will help you retain more information.
Make sure you’re comfy
